Studio B can supply you with your unique furniture requirements. We can advise you on the perfect designer peice to complement and enhance the scheme of your room or house.
In addition, Studio B are specialists in custom made furniture. Our bespoke (custom-made) furniture design service is available for those of you wanting to create a special piece for your home, bar, restaurant or hotel; or we can adapt and develop items from our existing furniture range in dimensions that suit your space.
Clients often extend their interior design requirements to include the bespoke design of a piece of furniture to compliment their new home and make a real statement.
3D VISUALISATION
We provide cutting edge visualisation services to customers who are seeking to communicate more effectively with their audience.
We are specialists in replicating the behavioural characteristics of real-world light and materials, and we push the boundaries of visualisation. Rendering techniques such as shading, light source, or depth cueing are used to make the image look ultra realistic.

Refurbishment of Georgian Apartment
This refurbishment project involved the redesign of a very traditional apartment in a historic georgian building. The design included opening up the apartment to allow for maximum space and light. It was important to retain the beautiful, pure, unadulterated space, punctuated only by the existing light froth of Georgian decorative plaster work and mouldings. Studio B were commisioned to redesign the apartment and specifiy and supply all furniture, including prestigious modern classics, and a bespoke commisioned peice.
Lake house interior design
The lake house is a very modern designed new build house. The clients requested a similar interior, wanting the majority of the pieces to be unique and yet unimposing. The furniture and design of the house was chosen to maximise the use of the space and surrounding views. Colour was used subtly to help the house blend in with the natural vistas and the clients needs were severely scrutinised so that the best design could be acieved. The interior now provides them with a modern open plan living space that allows them the flexibility they require for their busy but social lives.
New Restaurant & Bar Interior
This project provides a funky but classy mixed bar and dining area. Flat matt block colours are
juxtaposed against glossy brights and Polished concrete floors to create a clean, modern effect. The interior has been tastefully furnished with a fresh mix of design classics and comfortable modern one off pieces by Studio B to the clients exacting requirements and strict budget.Bespoke artwork adorns the niches to the far wall, and picks up on the clients eclectic and modern tastes.
Interior Design for Rufurbishment of a Georgian Apartment
The client loved the ides of using an eclectic mix of design from various eras. An eclectically styled room is brought together when the furnishings relate to each other in color, pattern, scale, texture, finish, or shape. The color schemes uses neutral colors as a backdrop and for the larger furniture pieces. Contrast is an important element for colors and materials in eclectic style interior design. We have successfully mixed and matched furnishings by their finishes and textures while keeping an eye on their relationship to each other in the overall room design. The goal is a controlled contrast of diverse elements which work together to create a stylish and elegant interior for the noughties!
Concept design for new open plan interior of a country retreat
The clients main requirement was to create a social, bright and user friendly open plan kitchen/ living area that would act as the 'heart' off the house where everything happens. We were required to create a kitchen/living space that balanced function with sociability. We achieved this by establishing the 'sweet spot', which enables you to have views toward the table, landscape, entrance or other focal point (e.g fireplace) while preparing a meal. By adding a raised food bar and leaning platform, as well as table chairs and soft seating, we aim to encourage guestsinteract with the user while they work to create a socially adaptive, informal and funtional living space
Interior Design for open plan penthouse apartment in London
This was a great opportunity to create a vibrant contemporary design with splashes of colour. The design features many neutral colours as well as strikingly bold hues. Black and white are a superb pairing with the coloured accents. Retro inspired iconic furniture completes the look. With this design, colour choice, furnishing, and lighting take center stage. Dark sofas make the room feel warmer and less stark. Soft furnishimgs and chunky textures give a softer touch to the room.
Hidden and recessed lighting used in conjunction with retro stand alone floor lamps give a warm light and create the ambiance for the room .Shadow gaps to the bottom of the walls and lack of skirting boards not only provide a very minimal feel but also give the room a unique sense of depth.

PHILOSOPHY
SUNNY BAGGA Director, Senior Visualisation Expert
Sunny completed a degree in Architectural Technology in 2006 from Southampton Solent University. His education in Technology & construction has helped to ground Studio Bs ideas. After obtaining his BA (Hons) in Architecture from Portsmouth in 2008, he has since worked in practice for a cutting edge modernist architecture studio, taking projects from conception through to construction.
His experience in architectural modeling, rendering and animation includes work for various companies throughout the country, including architectural practices, interior design studios and product design companies.
NICKY BELGROVE Director, Senior Architectural Technologist & Interior Designer
Nicky graduated top of her class with a first class honours degree in Architectural Technology and Interior Design from Southampton Solent University in 2007. She was also granted the CIAT award as the highest graduating Honours Degree Student in Architectural Technology. Since graduating, she has worked for a large well known international practice running projects with starting values of four million pounds and above.
Her areas of expertise include Architecture, interior Design, and Furniture Design. She is also an associate member of the British Interior Design Association (BIDA) and working towards chartership with CIAT.

Design Studio B is a design studio established in 2007 by directors Nicky Belgrove and Sunny Bagga specialising in modern Interior and Furniture design as well as 3D visualisation.
In the short time the company has been practicing, Studio B has already gained a reputation for delivering design excellence on our high quality projects.
We enjoy working on a diverse range of projects with our broad range of expertise and will happily advise from feasibility stages and concept design through to full architectural interior design and contract management.
Our practice is commited to delivering excellent value and achieving high quality projects through innovation, programming and design flair. Our approach to all projects, regardless of scale or budget, is to gain a clear understanding of the objectives and vision of our clients.
Our design process starts with listening to our clients and developing a creative and logical response to their needs and aspirations for a particular project. We design to meet current needs and anticipate future developments.
